PROJECT OVERVIEW

MÜNLIGHT is a lifestyle brand that brings awareness to topics typically not discussed in communities of color, such as chronic illness, health, mental health, and neurodivergence. We aim to heal the community by educating others and opening up a safe space to discuss common problems that plague families of underserved and minority groups.  MünLight represents the hope that is ever present even in the darkest moments.

MY CONTRIBUTION

As the Brand Strategist and Visual Designer, I led the comprehensive rebranding of MünLight to better align with its core values and future vision. Originally created to bring light and positivity to those suffering from depression, the brand was being relaunched to focus on mental health, physical wellness, and philosophy for young women.

I organized my client's thoughts and intentions, then developed an aesthetic, energy, and marketing strategy that properly reflected both the brand owner and her target audience. By defining and executing the visual and experiential aspects of the initiative, I established a cohesive brand identity that resonated specifically with Gen Z and Millennial women.

The result was a consistent and compelling brand experience that significantly boosted engagement and sales. My work enhanced the project's visual impact while supporting its mission to empower, educate, and support women in underserved communities on health and wellness topics.

In summary, my contributions to the strategic rebranding and visual identity of MünLight successfully aligned with the project goals, creating a more authentic and effective brand presence.

BRAND IDENTITY

In MünLight we incorporate elements of nature, such as stars, waves, and celestial motifs. Soft textures, fun typography,  evoke a sense of comfort and nostalgia, inviting customers to immerse themselves in the beauty of MunLight.

This approach will bring a whimsical energy to the brand offering a more light hearted fun approach to a company that discusses serious topic. The intention is to attract youthful energy to the company as well as referencing the softness and healing aspects of nature itself which align with the Brand values of Münlight.

THE MOOD

MünLight will feature lively typography infused with energy and motion. Expect an abundance of loops, curves, and flowing elements, alongside soft textures, all contributing to a whimsical ambiance. Our aim is to embody a brand that uplifts and evokes a sense of joy and well-being.

COLOR PALLETE

MünLight will use a palette of purples, pinks, greens, and blues. These colors embody a light-hearted, tranquil, whimsical, and healing energy.
